All residents are required to maintain complete abstinence from drugs and alcohol, comply with established house rules—including curfews—and actively participate in their recovery process. Residents are expected to respect fellow housemates, staff, and the property, while contributing to a supportive community through shared responsibilities, open communication, and emotional support. Participation in recovery-oriented activities, including regular attendance at local 12-Step meetings or peer-support groups, completion of household chores, and cooperation with random drug and alcohol testing, is mandatory. Residents must sleep in the home at least five nights per week, refrain from having overnight guests, and understand that pets or support companions are not permitted within the residence. By choosing to live in this home, residents agree to share in certain living expenses and commit to a structured lifestyle that promotes accountability, stability, and long-term sobriety.
