The rent is $600 + 1/2 utilities which include electricity, water & internet. I’m also requesting a deposit of $500. This is a great place to live with a nice backyard. I do have 3 wonderful dogs. They’ll just love you to death, and I’m sure you’ll fall in love with them! Looking forward to meeting you. Of course, no alcohol or drugs to keep up a both sane and sober. I’m hoping this will be an enriching experience for both of us.
