Three bedroom, two and half bath house, in North Hills, CA.
Looking for a single person to rent a room and share bathroom with one other person.
It would be three people total in the house.
There are two resident cats.
$1200, includes: Rent, Water/Power/Gas, Internet, and bi-weekly cleaning of common areas , and bathrooms. (not including bedrooms), full use of kitchen and all appliances, in-house washer and dryer, storage space in kitchen, laundry area, and garage.
Preferred 2 years or more of sobriety, but can be discussed.
