This area is close to many mental health, outpatient care and treatment facilities on the West Side of Los Angeles. We are miles away from popular beaches, surf spots, universities and community colleges, museums, shopping and cultural centers. We are steps away from a beautiful grassy path that leads to the beach. Residents bike, skate, walk and sometimes bring our house dog on a trip with them.
